UltraTech Hi-Flex is a high-performance, two-component, polymer-modified cementitious coating designed for elastomeric waterproofing on the positive side of structures. It is composed of a powder and an acrylic emulsion liquid that, when mixed, form a flexible, impervious membrane capable of elongating over 100% to bridge cracks and withstand thermal movements.
